Unlike older standalone immobilizers, modern push-to-start (smart key) and advanced transponder systems rely on active, real-time communication across the vehicle’s Controller Area Network (CAN bus). This requires a direct interface via the OBDII diagnostic port to securely synchronize new cryptographic keys with your vehicle's Body Control Module (BCM) and Engine Control Unit (ECU).

Our technicians deploy directly to your location with dealership-level diagnostic hardware to perform complete key additions, immobilizer synchronization, and emergency blade cutting without the need for expensive towing or dealership wait times.

On-Site Key Generation Procedure

What You Need to Do:

  1. Schedule Your Time Block: Select an available date and time for our mobile technician to deploy to your location within the DFW metroplex.

  2. Prepare Documentation: Have a valid ID and the vehicle’s registration or title ready. We strictly verify ownership before bypassing any immobilizer security protocols.

  3. Ensure Vehicle Access: Ensure the vehicle is parked in an accessible, safe location with enough clearance for our technician to work inside the passenger cabin.

What You Need to Have Ready:

  • The Vehicle: Must be physically present at the scheduled location with an active, fully charged battery.

  • Existing Keys: Please have any currently working keys available so we can ensure they remain properly synced or remove lost keys from the module's memory.

The MELDORN Process: A specialized MELDORN technician will arrive at your location fully equipped with advanced OBDII programming hardware and automated CNC key-cutting equipment. We will interface directly with your vehicle's CAN bus network to bypass the security gateway, extract the necessary cryptographic data, cut the physical emergency blade on-site, and securely synchronize the new transponder. The process is completed without the vehicle ever leaving your driveway, providing an immediate, fully functional key.

Important Note for "All Keys Lost" (AKL): The base price reflects an "Add a Key" service where an original, working key is present. If you have lost all working keys for the vehicle, please contact us for a custom quote. AKL scenarios often require additional labor to decode the physical door lock cylinder for blade cutting or accessing heavily encrypted modules.
