On-Site Key Generation Procedure

What You Need to Do:

  1. Schedule Your Time Block: Select an available date and time for our mobile technician to deploy to your location.

  2. Prepare Ownership Documentation: Have a valid government-issued ID alongside the vehicle’s registration or title ready. Strict ownership verification is required prior to bypassing any security gateway or extracting immobilizer data.

  3. Ensure Vehicle Access: Confirm the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible area with sufficient space for technicians to access the OBDII port and interior fuse panel/module locations.

What You Need to Have Ready:

  • The Vehicle: Must be physically present at the scheduled location with a healthy battery.

  • Existing Working Keys: Please provide any functioning keys so they can be re-synced alongside the new key, or to allow our technicians to erase lost keys from the vehicle's memory for security.

The MELDORN Process: A MELDORN technician will arrive on-site with advanced European diagnostic programming hardware and automated laser key-cutting equipment. We interface directly with the vehicle’s onboard CAN bus and immobilizer modules to calculate transponder data, cut the physical high-security emergency key blade, and program the new smart fob. The complete process is performed on-location, returning your vehicle to full operational status immediately.

Important Note for "All Keys Lost" (AKL): The base price covers standard "Add a Key" programming when at least one functional key is present. If all working keys have been lost, additional bench labor, lock cylinder decoding, or engine control unit (DME/DDE/ECU) ISN extraction may be required.
